Musician Raju is heartbroken when his girlfriend Jyothi suddenly disappears, having been forced by her family to marry a man named Das. Moving into a new apartment, Jyothi coincidentally befriends Vini, one of Raju's bandmates. However, tragedy strikes just three months later when Das is found dead in his home. The complex case is assigned to ACP Aniyan, a police officer with a past personal connection to Vini. During his rigorous investigation, Aniyan discovers a crucial piece of evidence that leads him to Rose, the couple's maid. Though Rose initially claims she was defending herself from an assault, the dark truth soon unravels. Das was secretly hoarding a stash of counterfeit money, which Rose and the building's security manager attempted to steal. When Das caught them in the act, the thieves fatally struck him and staged a suicide to cover their tracks, leading to their ultimate arrest.
