Dr. Viren Goenka, an acclaimed heart surgeon, lives happily in Mumbai with his wife Sanjana and their young daughter, Anishka. Viren's life takes a dark turn when he travels to New Delhi to receive a medical award. Back home, Anishka is kidnapped by an eerie man named Krish and his associates. The kidnappers isolate the family—Krish holds Sanjana hostage, Roohi traps Viren in his hotel room, and Kabir hides Anishka. Demanding 3 crores in ransom within 24 hours, they force Viren to mortgage everything he owns. Despite Viren paying the sum, the kidnappers vanish with both the money and his daughter. Desperate and terrified, the parents eventually realize the shocking truth: the kidnappers' true motive wasn't money, but revenge against Viren for prioritizing wealth over the noble duties of his medical profession.
