Swindled into working as a laborer in Dubai, Rahul struggles through various unfulfilling jobs until he falls in love with Neha. Inspired, he attempts a business venture but faces financial ruin. He later finds success working for Manmohan Kapoor, but is fired after refusing to marry Kapoor's daughter. With Neha's encouragement, Rahul takes a loan, starts a new company, and becomes a millionaire.
