Manisha is a middle class girl living in Bandra with her widowed motherand a younger sister Utkarsha when she is hired by wealthy businessman Yash Singhania as a personal secretary. Yash seduces her and promises to get married to her to get intimate with her but then cuts her out of his life.
Years later, Manisha has changed her name to Tanya and works as a high-end prostitute when she sees Yash again, whereupon she decides to get her revenge by seducing his business partner and attempting to destroy Yash's marriage to Natasha.
