Master of disguise Manickam kidnaps Divya, girlfriend of Mano, repeatedly foiling every rescue attempt. Suspended police officer Aruchamy infiltrates Manickam's gang as a lorry cleaner to help Mano track her location. During the rescue, Divya shockingly claims she was actually married to Manickam all along and never knew Mano, driving him to the brink of madness. Aruchamy eventually forces Manickam to reveal the truth: Mano had fatally run over Manickam's wife, Ramya, while driving drunk, using his wealth to cover up the crime. The elaborate kidnapping was staged by Manickam and his sister-in-law Divya purely to teach Mano a harsh lesson.
