A deceased underworld don leaves $200 million in diamonds to his son Vikrant, daughter Preeti, and son-in-law Guru, requiring all three to claim them in New York. To steal the entire fortune, Vikrant frames Guru for an assassination, forcing him to flee to the US. A dentist named Anmol discovers Guru's identity, prompting Vikrant to send henchmen—including double-agent Yeda Anna—to kill him.
When Vikrant and Preeti arrive in the US, Vikrant fakes his own death so Guru and Preeti will extract the diamonds from the bank, planning to ambush them afterward. However, Guru turns the tables and kills Vikrant. Ultimately, Yeda Anna's betrayal fails, and Guru agrees to divorce Preeti so she can marry Anmol. Guru generously shares a portion of the diamonds with the new couple as they return to India.
