In Kochi, drug baron Kambilikkandam Jose demands a higher commission from "Appichai," a major South Indian drug dealer. Appichai recalls his foster son, Sethu, from a Goa cruise. Sethu murders Jose with the help of a corrupt police IG. The resulting public outcry forces the Chief Minister to order an investigation.
Aggressive Assistant Commissioner "Nari" Narendran leads the inquiry. He uncovers unreported assault marks on Jose’s body. When Narendran tries to contact Jose's family and an ashram leader connected to Sethu’s drug cartel, they are all found dead. Facing immense pressure from corrupt officers and the CM’s son—who is Sethu's business partner—Narendran is temporarily removed from the case. However, Narendran blackmails the CM with an incriminating video and resumes the investigation.
After arresting Sethu, they are ambushed by assassins targeting Sethu. Narendran kills the attackers. In a final shootout, Sethu shoots Narendran's arm, but Narendran shoots Sethu's leg and drops a hanging car on him, leaving Sethu to bleed to death.
