During the civil turmoil in Uganda, Vijay Ramniklal's home is attacked; Vijay dies of trauma, and his daughter Radha is presumed dead. His son Suraj escapes to India, only to discover that property caretaker Kalicharan has seized their estate for illegal operations. After evading Kalicharan's henchmen with help from stage dancer Sudha, Suraj is recruited by the police narcotics division to bust Kalicharan's global drug cartel. Meanwhile, Kalicharan blackmails Sudha into drug trafficking. Suraj's pursuit leads to Rome and Malta, where he rescues his sister Radha from traffickers linked to Kalicharan. Aided by the police, Suraj dismantles the syndicate and sets out to storm Kalicharan's underground lair to save a captured Sudha and bring the villain to justice.
