Scientist Siddartha invents a powerful pesticide, Green Valley. Refusing to sell it, he dedicates it to his country. During a demonstration, he saves Sravani, the daughter of a local faction leader, and she falls in love with him. However, farmers note the pesticide is useless without irrigation.
Three influential men—an industrialist, a police officer, and a minister—try to control the village. Previously, Siddartha's sister Kalyani and her lover Rushyendra sought to unite the village's warring families but were murdered by the sons of these three men. Before dying, Rushyendra made Siddartha promise to unite the village. Fulfilling this, Siddartha eliminates the three corrupt sons. A special police officer, Pithapuram, knows Siddartha is the killer but lets him go, recognizing the victims were evil. The united village then defeats the three influential men, and Siddartha marries Sravani.
