The film opens with the brutal murder of a man named John, ordered by Bappu Ganesh, a ruthless gangster who exploits corruption to seize power and become the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Shiva Swarassi, a young resident of Mumbai's Dharavi slum, witnesses the horrific murder of his own parents at the hands of Bappu's henchmen. Fueled by grief and rage, Shiva rallies the impoverished residents of Dharavi to unite against the tyrannical kingpin. This uprising sets the stage for an explosive confrontation between the oppressed slum-dwellers and Bappu's criminal empire.
