The two sisters Genelia and Hrishitha Bhatt are the daughters of a white collared hooligan in Mumbai. Jeeva is another thug who is the friend of Genelia and Hrishitha’s father. Genelia’s father intends to get Jeeva’s son as his son in law. But she has been in love with Nitin since her childhood. Nitin is none other than Genelia’s nephew who is the son of Prasad Babu and Rajya Lakshmi. Nitin participates in the brand ambassador contest of a cycle company and wins in the same. He will be called to Mumbai from Hyderabad by the company for final approval. Nitin goes there and the real story starts from then. The flash back says that Dasaratha Ramayya (Krishnam Raju) was the grand father of Nitin who sacrificed his life for the sake of maintaining harmony between Hindus and Muslims at a place in Mumbai. But Genelia’s father and Jeeva disturb the communal harmony at the place and result in the closing down of the temple. Genelia’s father conspires to grab the property of temple, which belongs to Krishnam Raju. Later, Nitin comes into the scene and takes vengeance on the culprits who killed his grand father.
