Satyaveer (Abhay Deol) a municipal employee gets suspended from work for an allegation of bribery. Satya starts spying on Minister PP Rathore (Kulbhushan Kharbanda), after he is asked to do so by Rathore's wife, Manorama (Sarika). As the plot thickens, Satya realizes that the woman who had offered him the deal was not Rathore's wife and now he finds himself completely entangled in a web of lies and deceit.
