Sanjay’s perfect life with his girlfriend Trisha shatters after a one-night stand with a woman named Nisha. What Sanjay views as a single mistake while Trisha is in Paris, Nisha sees as true love, developing a deadly obsession. Refusing to let him go, the psychotic Nisha begins destroying Sanjay’s life, killing his loved ones and threatening to murder Trisha. Sanjay is trapped, terrified of losing Trisha to either the truth or to Nisha's violence. The stakes escalate when Harsh, a dangerous figure from Nisha’s past, tracks her down demanding his share of the loot from a murder they previously committed.
