Chhailla Babu is the man who keeps helping Rita in Kashmir in different situations. While in Mumbai, a gangster while trying to run away with a bag having Rs 80 lakhs gets murdered and asks to convey a number to his daughter Rita who is in Kashmir. When she comes to Mumbai, she meets Chhailla Babu yet again in various situations and under some strange circumstances, which makes her think that he has killed her father. As she decides to take revenge, more mysteries keep taking place. The rest of the story is all about who is Chhailla Babu.
