Six high school friends, each escaping deeply abusive or neglectful families, run away from home to rehabilitate their drug-addicted friend, Anitha. However, the harsh reality of street life quickly shatters their naive plans. They endure starvation, police harassment, and extreme danger, culminating in a violent struggle to save Anitha from human traffickers. Defeated, they return to their school. When their toxic parents show no remorse—even after the principal severely reprimands them—a devastated Pooja consumes acid and Mahesh jumps from a building. Fortunately, both survive, and the teenagers finally find solace in each other's company while rejecting their parents entirely. The traumatic events are framed as a poignant flashback by an adult Mahesh, now a soldier, who visits his old school hoping his estranged friends have also found peace.
