The film follows Preetam, a young man raised by his uncle, Thakur, after his mother, Rukmani, dies. His father, Rana, is a criminal who was imprisoned but later escapes, seeking revenge on Thakur. Meanwhile, Preetam and Anil, Thakur’s biological son, grow up as brothers. Preetam’s marriage is arranged with Sharan, the daughter of Judge B.N. Sinha, while Anil is in love with Sarita.
Tragedy strikes when Anil dies in an accident, and Sarita claims to be pregnant with his child. To protect the family’s honor, Preetam is forced to marry Sarita. However, Sarita is secretly working with Rana, who is determined to destroy Thakur’s family. As Preetam uncovers the truth, he must fight to save his loved ones from Rana’s sinister plans.
