Synopsis:
Jai (Fardeen Khan) is a fashion photographer looking for a new face. While in Goa he comes across Ria (Urmila Matondkar) a spoilt rich girl, who happens to be exercising on a cliff. He clicks a few pictures and approaches her to offer her a job as a model. However, he is out right rejected by the beautiful, but hot tempered girl. Upon getting the pictures developed he brings them to his editor (Ravi Baswani) who declares her the new cover girl for the company´s new fashion magazine. The only problem is that Ria is not fully co-operating, she is upset with Jai for clicking her pictures without her permission, but eventually Jai breaks her in and she does a photo shoot for him (by the way, the photo shoot is done so well, you´ll be begging for more!). Slowly but surely Ria begins to fall in love with Jai, and one day decides to tell him in person. She goes to his house only to be greeted by Geeta (Sonali Kulkarni), confused Ria asks for Jai, who appears and officially introduces his wife, Geeta to Ria. Hurt, confused, and emotionally fragile Ria becomes mentally unstable and thus begins a suspenseful and unlikely love triangle which ends in one of the most spine tingling climax´s of the year.
