Synopsis:
Parshuram is a peon in the office of Kamal Narayan where manager Alok Nath looks after the business of Kamal Narayan. Kamal Narayan's son Vicky is an obstinate and wayward boy. Parshuram has a daughter Meena who is beautiful and studying in college. Ajay is an orphan boy and runs a garage. He is helping Parshuram family in his own might and is in love with Meena silently. Meena is not aware of Ajay's love Parshuram is a drunkard and greedy. He wants to become rich overnight without any effort, on the insistence of his wife Laxmi he agrees to marry Meena to Ajay. He also gives his words to Ajay. Aloknath's son Raja is a photographer and happens to see Meena and both fall in love. They decide to get married. When Parshuram comes to know that Raja is son of manager who is well placed in life he decides to marry Meena with Raja. Ajay is insulted by Parshuram because Ajay is a small man in status compared to Raja. Now, Vicky is after Meena and wants to marry her at any cost. He provides big post, bungalow, Car to Parshuram and tells him to give the hand of his daughter in wedlock. Now Parshuram breaks the engagement of Meena with Raja saying that he was too small in status and wealth in comparison to Vicky. Raja intervenes. Vicky forcibly wants to marry Meena. Ajay fights with Vicky and sacrifices his life to unite Raja and Meena.
