Synopsis:
Saathi is an emotional saga of love, happiness, sacrifice and sadness. The film revolves around Rajendra Kumar, Vyjayanti Mala and Simi. Simi and Rajendra are childhood friends, and when they grow up, Simi falls in love with Rajendra. Unaware of her feelings, Rajendra decides to marry Vyjayanti, and breaks Simi's heart. To complicate it further, Vyjayanti runs away when she finds out that she is suffering from a chronic illness. Rajendra marries Simi - what happens to Vyjayanti? Can Rajendra forget his first love?
