Synopsis:
The Story opens with the married couple Vaidehi and Raghuvir,but soon she become pregnant. Desperate to escape her unhappy marriage, she runs away with her unborn child. But pursued by her chauvinistic husband, Vaidehi must enlist the help of a bride-to-be (Mahima Chaudhury), a theatre artist (Madhuri Dixit) and a village midwife (Rekha) to keep her baby.
