Synopsis:
Nisha Singh (Zeenet Aman) lives with her only relative and uncle in her family, Jan Singh (Utpal Dutt). Mr Singh wanted that his nephew get married as soon as possbile as he was getting old and was afraid about death. Since Nisha is a very rich girl having the family business under her control. So her uncle thought about a young, handsome & rich guy for her. But as Nisha was very humble, down to earth & her only condition to get married is that the boy should be poor enough but have values from inside. Nisha's uncle had a very tough fight & were searching that kind of guy. Coincidentally many men met him like Yeshwant Rao Bhosle (Amol Palekar), Viju Guide (Raj Babbar), Prakash Motor mechanic (Mithun Chakraborty) & many more. But wherever he meets them, accidentally their luck changes & they become Lakhpati & crorepati. Now will Nisha's uncle will able to find the Nisha the man of her choice? Will really Nisha marry a poor guy? Watch out for a good comedy flick.
