Vishnu (Mohan Babu) is a kind-hearted postman in Hyderabad who lives above his ancestral home, currently occupied by his uncle Ramkoti. Ramkoti's daughter, Sirisha (Raasi), loves Vishnu, but he dodges her proposals by claiming he has a dream girl. Known for his curiosity, Vishnu often reads people's letters to secretly help them.
Vishnu later brings home Archana (Soundarya) and introduces her as his fiancée. After Ramkoti discovers she is a former inmate, Vishnu explains their past. They met when Vishnu delivered mail to her orphanage. Tragically, Archana was wrongfully arrested after receiving a package that turned out to be a bomb.
While visiting her in jail, Vishnu learned Archana had blood cancer. He secured her bail on medical grounds and brought her home. Moved by her tragic story, Ramkoti’s family, including Sirisha, urges Vishnu to marry Archana. They agree to the wedding, leading to a deeply emotional climax.
