Mann Kapoor (Emraan Hashmi) who lives a middle class lifestyle in India, wants to become a singer but cannot find any firm to to help him. Umesh Jumani (Tiku Talsania), is the managing director of a recording company and Mann would like to be represented by him. Mann tries to woe Umesh Jumani's daughter, Radha (Hrishitaa Bhatt). Radha falls in love with him and she secures a contract of Mann wit her dad to make an album for him. After hearing about the news of Mann getting married to Radha, his friends arrange for a bachelor party in Goa. At the party, he meets Roma Fernandes (Celina Jaitley) and they both fall in love with each other, but Roma is heart broken once she finds that he is to get married to Radha. The next day when Mann returns home, not knowing that fate will disrupt his life, when Radha and her father eventually find out that he was two-timing Radha. The next thing that happens is, an underworld don Chappu Bhai (Mahesh Manjrekar) wants to ensure that Mann keeps upto his promise and get marries to Roma. What will be Mann's next decision? Whom will he get married to, Radha or Roma?
