Gautam Singhania (Rahul Roy) is a business tycoon who is a Page 3 celebrity, who enjoys his life with sex and glamour. His only son Lucky (Hitesh) suffers from an inferiority complex when he interacts with girls. Gautam appoints a sexy lady instructor Sonia (Mona Chopra) to improve Lucky's personality development. As a result, Sonia eventually turns out to be his first love. Gautam also develops a feeling a lust for Sonia and wants to marry her. Sonia, however, has other ideas.
