A dam. A time bomb - and some gangsters - who are trying to blast the dam. Secret Agaent 303, Amarnath foils their attempt and takes a photograph also. The film reaches safely to the photographer for developing and printing. But then Amarnath is murdered. Now Secret Agent 116, Gopal (Jeetendra) comes on the scene finish the assignment. While on the journey he meets a beautiful girl Sunita (Babita). The reuslt is love at first sight. Gopal, gets his hand on the film and gets a crucial clue the license number of a car. He traces the car and gets the shock of his life when he sees Sunita in the same car. Gopal and Sunita meet often and he comes to know that the man behind the gangsters is Damodar, father of Sunita. But there is somebody else behind Damodar also. Who is he? Now the inevitable struggle between duty and love begins.
