The film is based on the rivalry and battles in world of crime. Two gangs of criminals Mukesh Rishi, Shakti Kapoor, Mohan Joshi, Harish Patel & against Ishrat Ali. In one of the gang was Ishrat Ali (Lambu Atta) is killed and thanks to Shankar (Mithun) Bhula's main man is arrested. This earns Shankar the worth of Bhula and hia gang. Shankar is forced to become a "Gunda" himself as his sister, father and lover Ganga gets killed by the criminals. Will Shankar be successful in taking revenge of his loved ones? Will he as a criminal put and end to crime?
