Synopsis:
Professor Pyarelal is about Kishinchand who is a criminal. Upon his wife, Shanti's, and son, Pyarelal's insistence, he decides to give up all criminal activity and become honest. Shyamlal takes a suitcase full of gold bars and escapes for that Polie Inspector Shinde doubts Kishinchand and both of them fights finally Shinde gets killed. Kishinchand re-locates to London and becomes a underworld don. years later he knows that his wife Shanti and son Pyarelal is alive. Later he finds out that the man claiming to be his son is really Ram Shinde, the son of the Police Inspector he had accidentally slain, and is really out to kill him. Shinde's wife wants to kill Kishinchand for killing his husband. What happens next? Who is the real Pyarelal and who will killing the Kishinchand? forms the rest of the story.
