Synopsis:
Satya Prakash (Pran) a marble King was not blessed with a child, his wife Laxmi (Nutan) made him marry Rukmini (Bindu) Budhiram's (Kadar Khan) sister for the sake of child. Soon both his wives became mothers. Laxmi gave birth to Rajkumar(Anil Kapoor)and Rukmini to Lakhan (Shakti Kapoor). Rukmini & Budhiram were jealous of Raj Kumar, they plan to kill him so that Lakhan can rule the marble queries. Their plan succeeded RajKumar aparted form his parents and Satya Prakash was put behind the bars. Raj kumar was bought up by a forest ranger working for Kailashnath (Ashok Kumar), the owner of a big estate.Budhiram wanted his son Gulu (Gulshan Grover) to marry Janki(Madhuri) kailashnath's daughter to become the owner of his estate but Kailashnath had promised Janki's hand to his friend Satya Prakash's son. Now, Budhiram, Rukmani,Lakhan & Gulu all of them started to torture Laxmi, for the property, they began to treat her like a servant but Laxmi kept on suffering with the hope that someday her husband & her son will return then her troubles will be over,and finally it happened.
