Synopsis:
Senapathy (Kamal Hasan), a zealous freedom fighter, is frustrated with the corruption plaguing India. To fulfill his dreams of 'clean India', he kills dishonest people ruthlessly. At home both father and son Chandru are always at loggerheads. And so Chandru leaves home. In the city, he flirts around with Manisha Koirala and Urmila. He is a corrupt cop in the vehicle-licensing department. Realizing Chandru was corrupt, responsible for the death of kids in an accident, his father pursues him with the motive of killing him too... A superlative performance is enhanced by make-up done by Hollywood experts and captivating musical score by A R Rehman.
