Synopsis:
Anil Dhawan, uncle of Sunderi (Nafeali Khan) gets tensed seeing her condition and lust to get young. Thus, he contacts a Tantrik Baba. Tantrik Baba cures her and lock her in a coffin. Suddenly a thunder storm comes and the coffin gets engulf in earth. Few years later excavation is conducted by archaeological survey and the very same coffin is recovered. Khandala House movie story starts from a couple who go on a hot date in a resort name 'Khandala House'. They are unaware about the secret that the place is haunted and unknowingly the witch Sundari (Nafeali Khan) kills both of them and reveals the reason for doing so. The movie goes in flash back when Sunderi (Nafeali Khan) once calls a Yogi Tantric Baba to cure her fathers illness. But she become victim of evil thoughts of yogi baba and lands herself in illegitimate relation with him, who exploit her physically on the cost of greed to be young always. She gets possessed and then kills every men with whom she gets physical to be young always. Her uncle (Anil Dhawan) get tensed seeing her condition and lust to get young. Therefore, he contacts a Tantrik Baba. Tantrik Baba binds the witch in her with mantras and pack her in a coffin. Years later excavation is conducted by archaeological survey and the very same coffin is recovered. And with the opening of coffin the witch gets free from all the mantra's and again starts her hunt to use and kills young men to get young again.
