Synopsis:
Lucky (Anil Kapoor) works for Billa (Sanjay Dutt), an underworld kingpin. On a job that takes him to Goa, Lucky notices Sam (Sameera Reddy) dancing on the beach. When Sam’s car breaks down, Lucky gives her a lift home. Sam’s scorching charm completely wins Lucky over, until Lucas arrives at the house.

Lucky hides while Lucas tries to force himself on Sam. Lucky beats up Lucas, who turns out to be Sam’s husband. Furious at having let himself be seduced by a married woman, Lucky walks out. The Goa job leads Lucky to a bar where he once again runs into Sam and Lucas. Lucas, who owns the bar and has just closed a deal there, asks Lucky to kill Sam.

As he leaves the bar, Lucky is chased by a police officer and, during the pursuit, he loses the money he was supposed to take back to Billa…
